How about the program: Are you really enjoyable and satisfied with all sightseeing points and have you experienced any problem at each destination ?

Program was exactly what I wanted. Only problem was a late flight (2-hrs) from Phnom Penh to Siem reap - missed part of a city tour.

Tour guide: how about the level of English, knowledge, enthusiasm etc?

Overall, very good

Land transfer: how about the quality and manner of serving:

Hotels: Quality and manner of serving:

Royal hotel in Phnom Penh: Very good

I am sorry that it has taken me so long to reply to your last email. We have been very busy since we have returned home from your country.
First, let me say that Paul and I had a wonderful trip to Cambodia. Your services surpassed our expectations and we are telling all our friends about Phnom Penh Tour!
We especially appreciated the way that you went out of your way to help us find a van and driver for us to Battambang and also for helping Paul's brother out at the last moment while they were in Siem Reap Thank you for your hard work and flexibility, especially while you were on vacation!

I am just writing to let you know how much we enjoyed the tour with your company.
We were met at the airport door. Your Guides & Drives were very professional. The Guides both spoke perfect English and were very knowledgeable. The Drives were very patience & safe on the roads. Our accommodations were very good. We had comfortable rooms & felt very safe. The food was also very good. The Guides accommodated our eating requirements by allowing us to order ourselves.
The itinerary was perfect. We were able to see all of the interesting sights and we never felt that our time was limited or rushed. Cambodia is a very beautiful country. The Cambodia people were very friendly. Phnom Penh had many beautiful buildings and Angkor Wat was amazing. We are anxiously awaiting the development of our film!
I would highly recommend a trip to Cambodia and a tour with your company!

Our family visited Siem Reap and Angkor Wat in December, 2002, and Butterfield & Robinson had arranged for a tour guide for our group of 14 parents and teenagers. Hong was a delightful surprise....a friendly face in a strange land, warm personality, full of history and culture stories, well organized, and the best ambassador Cambodia could put forward to the world. Phalla and his family have become part of our "extended family" and we continue to correspond, trade holiday pictures, and recommend his services to people headed there."

On arrival in Cambodia Mr Chan (our tour guide) met me and took me to my charming Hotel. There I met with Mr Chan and immediately knew I was in good hands; smartly presented with a gentle demure and courteous manner he explained how we would proceed in the following days. He stressed the importance of sufficient rest time to absorb new cultures and new experiences. He ensured that I had time to return each day to the hotel to eat exquisit French-Cambodian food and rest before setting out on the afternoon tour.
Mr Chan's knowledge is vast and thorough. He has worked and been trained by an American company at the highest standard so his background in business and administration is most professional. Not only did he care for my well-being and teaching he also wrote notes for all my photographs so that when I returned home
all the hard work had been done. God bless him and keep him well for all the joy he will bring to his country, Cambodia.
